The answer is yes to both questions :).

As mentioned already, we work with thousands of retailers from all over the world who use both ecommerce models.

As you can imagine, some of them are going to send you hundreds of orders every day and they expect you to deliver the orders one by one and others prefer to buy in bulk(wholesale) let’s say once a month and they are continuously coming back to buy more and more.

We can tell you that 90% of our retailers have their own online stores where they are going to sell your products. I am talking about normal ecommerce stores running on platforms like Shopify, Woocommerce, BigCommerce, etc.

A small percent of them are also selling on multiple channels like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc. but if you don’t want to allow them to sell on these platforms from various reasons, you will just need to tick a checkbox inside your AppScenic supplier account that says “Don’t allow retailers to sell on marketplaces”. Once that setting is enabled, no one will be able(or allowed) to resell your products on those specific marketplaces.

Even though it may sound strange, we do NOT charge any sales fees, setups fees, subscription fees or any other hidden costs like most of the marketplaces(Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc.) are doing. AppScenic is Free for suppliers and will stay like this way forever!

Like we mentioned above, we work with thousands of retailers that pay us a monthly fee for our services.

AppScenic offers them a fully automated platform where they can manage their inventory, orders, shipments, etc.

We also sync the prices and stock 24/7 between them (the retailers) and suppliers like you. These are just some of the features we offer to online retailers.

If you already sell online using a platform like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. you can import your products automatically with just a few clicks.

If you don’t work with any of the platforms from above you can use our built-in online feed importer to add products easily from any platform, tool or database that supports csv or excel file export.

Also, in many cases, AppScenic is happy to undertake the development to integrate with platforms that we feel will be of strategic benefit.

If you don’t want to allow the retailers to sell on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. from various reasons, you will just need to tick a checkbox inside your AppScenic supplier account that says “Don’t allow retailers to sell on marketplaces”.

Once that setting is enabled, no one will be able(or allowed) to resell your products on those specific marketplaces.

• Every day you will receive orders inside your AppScenic supplier account and you will need to ship them to the specified address asap.
• Before we send an order request to you, the retailer needs to pay us the entire order in full. This is how you know that the order is legit and it was already paid.
• After you ship an order and the tracking number is added/imported to your AppScenic account, you will get paid 100% the full amount of the order according to a predefined weekly schedule. As we promised, we do no charge any sales fees.
• We will pay you using the payment method that you prefer. We work with: Bank transfer, Stripe transfer, Wise(formerly TransferWise), Payoneer, Paypal and we are going to add more payment methods soon.

You will receive payments for your eligible orders according to a predefined weekly schedule.

*Also, as we promised, you will get paid 100% of the full amount of every order because we do not charge any sales fees.

We will pay you using the payment method that you prefer. We work with Bank Transfer(USD, EUR, GBP), Wise, and Paypal, and we will add more payment methods soon.

To get paid, be sure that once you create your supplier account with us, you choose a payment method and add your payment details.

* A bank fee of 0.39$ (or currency equivalent) might be deducted from the final payment for bank wires. All bank transfer payments are made via Wise.com, which collects the above fee.

An additional bank fee might be collected by your bank as well.

** PayPal might also collect a % fee from the final payment, depending on your business location.

In order to help you avoid wasting money on currency exchange fees, we’ve decided work with 3 major currencies: USD, GBP, EUR.

1. The retailer opens a return request/ticket on our platform and your order status changes to “Return/Refund requested”


2. You get notified immediately and then you have 5 business days to offer a response or the refund/return will get automatically approved.


3. Depending on the return/refund reason, the request will get automatically approved if you decided to check this option inside your account Settings. For example, if you decided to accept Returns for any reason, then the return will get automatically approved and the retailer needs to ship the product back to you in a specific number of days. Also, if you decide to accept Free returns, you will need to provide a shipping label to the retailer. If you do not accept free returns, then the retailer needs to pay for his shipping label.


4. Once the return arrives at the destination (your warehouse) and the tracking number confirms that and you also confirm that the product arrived in good condition, we will be able to process the refund to the retailer directly. The refund amount is then subtracted from your existing balance with us.
