Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate was added for two reasons. The first is the vascularity, it increases nitric oxide production helping to make your veins pop. Arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate has also been shown to reduce blood lactate which helps reduce muscle fatigue, imporoving endurance so you can lift even harder!

Finally, we added some important B vitamins to facilitate long term energy. We call this ‘real’ energy. These are the main nutrients that facilitate the body producing ATP.
