Terms and Conditions for the AppScenic Giveaway

By participating in the AppScenic Giveaway (the "Contest"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Organizer

The Contest is organized by AppScenic ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must have a public Instagram or Facebook account to be eligible.
• Employees of AppScenic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Like the contest post on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Follow @appscenic on the platform they are entering from.
3. Comment “Dropshipping” below the contest post.

All steps must be completed before the Contest deadline for the entry to be valid.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins immediately upon the post going live and ends on November 28th, 2024, at 11:59 PM (New York Time).

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive a free 3-month subscription to AppScenic. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger on or before December 2nd, 2024.

7. Claiming the Prize

• Winners must respond to the notification message within 48 hours to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
• Any entries deemed inappropriate, spam-like, or offensive will be removed and disqualified.
• AppScenic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.

9. Liability

• By entering the Contest, participants agree to release Instagram, Facebook, and AppScenic from any liability related to the Contest.
• This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Contest will only be used to administer the Contest and notify winners.
